WriteFailureClass

Enum WriteFailureClass

Source
pub enum WriteFailureClass {
    Retryable,
    Permanent,
    UnknownCommit,
}
Expand description

Whether an unacknowledged write can safely be replayed.

Variants§

§

Retryable

Persistence guarantees no records committed; an explicit retry is safe.

§

Permanent

Persistence rejected the records; retrying unchanged records is inappropriate.

§

UnknownCommit

Some or all records may have committed. Reconcile before any replay.
